The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Unacademy's users. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide support to customers with their Unacademy accounts.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Patient and understanding.
