Unacademy is looking for enthusiastic and professional Recruiters to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions at Unacademy. You will also be responsible for working with candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
• Work with hiring managers to make hiring recommendations
• Negotiate and finalize job offers

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with recruiting software is a plus
