Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential sellers, understanding their needs and aspirations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans, building strong relationships with potential sellers.
- Present and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships with potential sellers, outlining the advantages of joining Meesho.
- Manage assigned portfolio of sellers, providing continuous support and guidance.
- Organize and conduct engaging workshops and training sessions for Meesho sellers.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends and competitor strategies, recommending innovative growth initiatives.
- Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and seller success.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations, effectively communicating results to management.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, constantly seeking new ways to expand Meesho's seller base.
