As a Help Desk Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Meesho sellers and customers, troubleshooting problems, and resolving issues.

• Provide technical support to Meesho sellers and customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues
• Escalate complex issues to the Help Desk Manager
• Maintain and update the Help Desk knowledge base
• Assist with the development and implementation of new help desk procedures
