• Manage customer relationships by building and maintaining rapport, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues
• Generate leads by identifying and qualifying potential customers, and developing and executing lead generation campaigns
• Prepare sales proposals by gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and developing and delivering proposals that meet those requirements
• Track and report on sales performance by collecting and analyzing data, and creating and delivering reports to the sales team and management
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing customer files
