The Human Resources Associate is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and techniques and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Administer employee benefits
• Manage employee records
• Conduct performance reviews
• Resolve employee complaints
• Other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of human resources principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding
• Experience with employee benefits administration
• Experience with performance reviews
• Experience with conflict resolution
