- Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and email copy, that is engaging, informative, and aligns with Infosys' brand voice.
- Manage and maintain Infosys' social media channels, including developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, such as email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments such as sales, product development, and web development to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the IT industry is a plus.
