  • Understand reseller needs and concerns, providing clear and concise information about Meesho policies, products, and functionalities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide resellers through the platform
  • Research and provide solutions to complex inquiries, escalating issues as needed
  • Proactively identify opportunities to educate resellers on best practices and platform optimization
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and track key performance indicators
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base resources for resellers
  • Stay updated on Meesho's latest offerings and promotions
