The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Unacademy's learners. They will answer learner queries via phone, email, and chat, and resolve learner issues in a timely and efficient manner. The Customer Care Associate will also work with other departments to ensure that learner satisfaction is maintained.

• Answer learner queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve learner issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide information about Unacademy's products and services.
• Work with other departments to ensure that learner satisfaction is maintained.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
